So basically...
Last weekend was all business, as far as racing goes, and I don't have fun when I'm all serious, and that leads to burnout. So it's time to find a way to stay fit, get faster, and keep having fun. So I'm gonna work on that.
I started getting into cycling at 13. I started racing in 2001 and have only gotten more into it from there. I love to race and train, and I love seeing my athletes excel. I have competed in six different types of racing, coached athletes in three different disciplines, and look forward to helping many more athletes in the future. I have a bachelors of science from SJSU in Exercise and Fitness and currently coach athletes in cyclocross and road.
